The method of dealing with the problem depends on the cause.
1. If "Please check login credentials" is displayed
Please check the following and enter again.
(1)Please enter "uppercase" and "lowercase" correctly.
If the alphabets "uppercase" and "lowercase" of the email address and password are different from the registered ones, they will be distinguished as different accounts.
Please enter your registered email address and password correctly.
(2)Please check the password setting requirements
The password is half-width and must be "8 or more characters including all uppercase / lowercase letters / numbers / symbols (!,", $, @….) ". If you do not meet the requirements, the passwords will not match and you will not be able to log in.

(3)If the registered e-mail address is unknown or cannot be used
Please note that the registered email address cannot be changed.

2. If you cannot log in with 2 factor authentication
If you can't log in with ,2 factor authentication try the methods below.
(1)Enter the latest passcode
Start the 2 factor authentication (Google Authenticator) set on your smartphone and enter the "latest passcode" that will be updated in a certain period of time (30 seconds). Please note that old passcodes cannot be used.
(2)Enter the passcode after it has been switched once
The passcode will change after a certain period of time during the input. Therefore, when entering the passcode, wait for the passcode to switch once and then enter the updated passcode.
(3)Check the automatic correction function of the watch
To use the 2 factor authentication app, the "time" of the terminal (smartphone / tablet) must be set correctly.
Please check if the automatic setting function of the terminal is turned on by yourself.
(4)If you still have the 2 factor authentication app on your previous device
If you still have the 2 factor authentication app on your previous device (smartphone/tablet), please try the passcode from that 2 factor authentication app.
If you still can't log in after trying the above, cancel 2 factor authentication and reconfigure.
